GIS data are created and maintained by the Metro Data Resource Center (DRC), as well as by other jurisdictions and agencies throughout the region. Metro simplifies access to this information by compiling many data sources and creating seamless layers that are consistent over the region and through time. This clearinghouse of data is known as the Regional Land Information System (RLIS).
Utilize the RLIS API for both rapid regional geocoding and broad point-based reporting.
Access historic photos, basemaps and thematic map services for use in application development or desktop GIS.
View RLIS data online, answer a variety of place-based questions, and customize maps for sharing and printing.
Discover decision support tools currently used by Metro for planning and policy making.
The Online Data and Mapping site is the home for many of the DRC's GIS applications. You’ll find links to interactive maps and data visualizations for the region, as well as tools to learn more about a particular address. You can check the zoning of a location, view a map of projects planned through the Regional Transportation Plan, look up your Metro councilor, and more.
